President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan travelled to Kazakhstan to attend the Türkiye-Kazakhstan High-Level Strategic Cooperation Council Meeting and the Informal Summit of the Organisation of Turkic States.
President Erdoğan was seen off at Esenboğa Airport by Vice President Cevdet Yılmaz and Governor of Ankara Yakup Canbolat.
Accompanying President Erdoğan and First Lady Emine Erdoğan on the visit were Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, Minister of National Education Yusuf Tekin, Minister of National Defence Yaşar Güler, Minister of Industry and Technology Mehmet Fatih Kacır, Minister of Trade Ömer Bolat, AK Party Deputy Chair Kürşad Zorlu, Presidency’s Head of Communications Burhanettin Duran, and Chief Adviser to the President on Foreign Policy and Security Akif Çağatay Kılıç.
