Addressing the 2nd Istanbul Natural Resources Summit, President Erdoğan stated that Türkiye is at the transit point and crossroads of geographies with rich energy resources and the countries in need of these resources, and said: “The latest crises have reaffirmed and consolidated this feature of Türkiye. Despite all the provocations, our country, with its commonsensical policies, has excluded itself from the war, and with its initiatives prioritizing dialogue and diplomacy, has contributed to the restoration of tranquility. Türkiye has distinguished itself both as a reliable partner in energy transport and as a key actor of peace in the recent period.”
